Set your DraftKings fantasy NASCAR lineups here: NAS $150K Engineer [$50K to 1st] (Cup)
1. Denny Hamlin ($11,000) — Is this a lock? Hamlin won the Bristol spring race and the Dover race. Both are steeply-banked concrete ovals. Hamlin won the 2023 Bristol Night Race.
2. Kyle Larson ($10,500) — “I’ll be your Huckleberry.” Larson is Hamlin’s main threat. Hamlin got clean air at the end in Dover and defeated Yung Money. Larson lost on his own at Bristol (late-race penalty).
3. Martin Truex Jr. ($8,400) — There is a third challenger. Truex nearly won at Bristol and Dover. The JGR Toyotas looked great at Bristol and Dover. Also, the veteran understands tire management, and Bristol will be all about tires.
4. Tyler Reddick ($8,500) — Bristol hasn’t been Reddick’s track in the Cup Series but this has been his year. The 23XI No. 45 Toyota has been fast all summer. It will be fast at Bristol. Can Reddick run a clean race at the world’s fastest half-mile track?
5. Christopher Bell ($10,300) — Don’t fade the JGR Toyotas. Don’t forget the driver who scored 115 DKFP in the 2023 Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol. Bell scored 19.4 Hog Points (fast-lap and lap-led points) and finished 10th in the spring race.

6. Ty Gibbs ($8,700) — Tire management is supposedly a veteran skill. It benefits the drivers who worked their way up at short tracks. Maybe it’s just driving slower? Gibbs had a good car and didn’t push it at Bristol in the spring race. He scored 54.5 Hog Points.
7. Chase Elliott ($9,000) — Several seasons ago, Elliott was the king of concrete. He was strong at Bristol, Dover and Nashville. He’s had top-10 speed at the concrete tracks this season. He could have top-5 speed this weekend, but can he beat the JGR Toyotas?
8. Chris Buescher ($9,800) — Last week’s winner was impressive in the Bristol spring race — he drove from 34th to seventh. He was unimpressive at Dover. That was a period of the season where the RFK Fords lacked speed. The Bristol result matters more.
9. Alex Bowman ($7,600) — Bristol and Dover have always been great tracks for the Hendrick No. 48 Chevy. These tracks have been great for Bowman, too. The showman can put on a show Saturday night and continue his dark horse championship run.
10. Ryan Blaney ($9,400) — This might be overthinking it. Blaney is phenomenal at high-speed tracks. Bristol has been bueno for Blaney, but this isn’t the same Bristol — it’s based Bristol. Full throttle won’t work with tire wear.
11. Josh Berry ($8,200) — It’s based Bristol, baby! Tire wear will take center stage in the Bull Ring. Slower is faster. The racing style is similar to short-track Saturday night racing in the southeast. That’s Berry’s wheelhouse.
12. Brad Keselowski ($9,500) — Tires, Tires, Tires. Tired of talking tires? Too bad. The veterans aren’t tired or retired. They love it. Keselowski finished fourth in the spring tire management race.
13. Justin Haley ($5,700) — Rick Ware Racing had strong cars at Bristol. Haley finished 17th in the spring race. They were decent at Dover and strong at Nashville (17th). A top-20 finish for under $6,000 is a steal.
14. John H. Nemechek ($6,500) — Will the Legacy Motorclub No. 42 Toyota have enough speed on Saturday night? It did in the spring (62 DKFP). It did at Dover (37 DKFP).
15. Ryan Preece ($6,400) — This hasn’t been a great season for the Stewart-Haas Ford driver. It hasn’t been a great NASCAR Cup Series career for Preece. He has been good at Bristol. He earned his breakthrough win at Bristol in the Xfinity Series in 2018. He’s finished 18th or better in all six of his Cup Series races at Bristol.
