DraftKings Sportsbook bettors have been casting their picks for tonight’s NFL game between the Bills and Dolphins. Below, you’ll find some of the trends associated with the bets being made on DraftKings Sportsbook for this game.
Game splits
Moneyline
It’s a 50-50 split in terms of handle on the moneyline for this game, but a slight lean does emerge when looking at the percentage of bets.
The Dolphins — who opened as -115 favorites and now sit at -135 as of writing — have only seen 48% of the moneyline bets. Although that’s just a 2% difference in the percentage of handle, this does show a slight sharp-money lean.
Spread
Again, we have a 50-50 split in terms of handle. But, the Bills — who are now +2.5 dogs after opening at +1.5 — have only gotten 42% of the bets.
So based on the moneyline numbers and this splits for the spread, the sharps seem to be leaning toward Miami winning, but only by a small margin.
Total
These percentages are much different than what’s been discussed so far.
This game’s total opened at 51.5 points. It has since dipped to 48.5, which makes sense after looking at the splits.
Although the over has received 79% of the bets, it’s gotten 68% of the handle — an 11 percentage-point difference that indicates the over is a public play.
Despite only 21% of the game total bets going toward the under, those plays have carried more weight because those bets have accounted for 32% of handle.
Popular props
When it comes to the touchdown-related props, bettors seem to be locked in on two names.
Tyreek Hill has received the most bets for 1st TD Scorer (+600) and 2+ TD Scorer (+500). Hill has received 18% of the handle but only 21% of the bets for 1st TD Scorer. Similarly Josh Allen (+650) has received 14% of the handle for this play, but only 17% of the bet.
James Cook (+1000), however, has received the second-highest percentage of handle to be the game’s 1st TD Scorer at 15% despite only getting 12% of the bets. Like Cook, Dalton Kincaid (+1500) has received 12% of the handle and just 8% of the bets for the same play.
Going back to Allen, he has oddly received the most bets for Anytime TD Scorer (-125) and for Player Not to Score a Touchdown (-115).
Separate from the touchdown picks for tonight’s NFL game, Buffalo’s QB has the matchup’s most popular player prop. Despite its -330 odds, Josh Allen Rushing Yards: 25+ has received the most bets of any MIA-BUF player prop.
