After an exciting Week 1 filled with great games and several upsets, the NFL is ready to run it back with another jam-packed weekend of football action. Week 2 kicks off with the Buffalo Bills visiting the Miami Dolphins in an AFC East contest on Thursday Night Football. Sunday’s main slate this week has 13 games scheduled for the afternoon, headlined by the Chiefs hosting the Bengals in the late kickoff spotlight game. Sunday Night Football features a matchup of exciting young quarterbacks as Caleb Williams leads his Bears to Houston to face C.J. Stroud and the Texans, and the week wraps up with the Eagles hosting the Falcons on Monday Night Football.
Each week, I’ll post the relevant info for the biggest matchups from DraftKings Sportsbook to help you find the stats and trends that matter. You can use these numbers to fill out your Week 2 betting card with single bets or combine them into an awesome parlay. Just a quick reminder before we begin, “SU” means “Straight Up,” while “ATS” stands for “Against the Spread.” Spreads used in records are taken from DraftKings Sportsbook at the kickoff of each game.

Buffalo Bills vs. Miami Dolphins

The Bills and Dolphins each won their Week 1 matchup as favorites but neither team covered. The division rivals get Week 2 off to a great start from Miami in a battle for the early-season lead in the AFC East. Last year, Buffalo beat Miami twice, 48-20 at home in Week 4 and 21-14 on the road in Week 18.
The Bills are 11-1 SU in their last 12 games against the Dolphins and are 21-5 SU in their last 26 divisional games. Even though Buffalo is only 5-11 ATS in their last 16 games, they are 6-3 ATS in their last nine games in September.
The Dolphins have also started the season strong the last few seasons, going 10-3 ATS in their last 13 September games. They are 20-4 SU in their last 24 home games overall and 26-4 SU in their last 30 home games when playing as the favorite. Like the Bills, they have succeeded in their division, going 17-6-1 ATS in their last 24 divisional games.
The under is 5-1 in the Dolphins’ last six games and 12-2 in their last 14 games played on Thursday. On the other hand, the over is 5-1 in the Bills’ last six games and 10-2 in the last 12 games the Bills played as the underdog.
New Orleans Saints vs. Dallas Cowboys

Both the Saints and Cowboys won convincingly in Week 1. Dallas went on the road and beat the Browns, and the Saints marched past the Panthers in New Orleans. Both teams are looking to establish themselves as early contenders in the NFC and can make a statement with another big win in Week 2.
The Saints have struggled in Week 2, going 1-10-1 ATS in their last 12 games in Week 2. They have only 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven games in September, but they have been trending in the right direction lately, going 5-1 SU/5-1 ATS in their six most recent contests. The Saints have also had success against the Cowboys, going 10-4 SU in their last 14 head-to-head matchups.
Recently, the Cowboys have been excellent at home, going 16-1 SU in their last 17 home games. They are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games as favorites and 5-1 ATS in their last six September matchups.
The under is 4-1 in the last five matchups between these two teams, 11-3 in the Saints’ last 14 road games and 13-7 in their last 20 games overall.
Cincinnati Bengals vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Patrick Mahomes vs. Joe Burrow is always great theater, and this matchup should be a great Week 2 contest. The Chiefs are coming off their season-opening SU/ATS win over the Ravens, while the Bengals were shocked at home by the New England Patriots.
The Bengals are 7-3 SU in their last 10 games against the Chiefs and 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games as the underdog. However, they are only 1-7 SU/2-6 ATS in their last eight games played in Week 2, losing each of their last five Week 2 matchups.
The Chiefs have been on an impressive roll since their Super Bowl run last season. They are 7-0 SU/7-0 ATS in their last seven games. They are also 19-3 SU in their 22 matchups against the AFC and 16-4 SU in the last 20 games played in September.
Surprisingly, the trends point to the under as a strong play in this contest. The under is 18-5 in the Chiefs’ last 23 home games, 12-6 in the Chiefs’ last 18 games overall and 5-1 in the last six head-to-head meetings between these teams.
Chicago Bears vs. Houston Texans

The Bears and Texans won in Week 1 as favorites, defeating the Titans and Colts, respectively. Houston comes home after beating Anthony Richardson to face another dynamic young QB in Caleb Williams. Williams struggled in Week 1, but the defense and special teams bailed him out. The Texans got a big game from their own young phenom, as C.J. Stroud looked sharp, with new pass-catcher Stefon Diggs scoring a pair of touchdowns in the team’s narrow victory.
Even though the Bears are only 2-11 SU in their last 13 road games, they are 6-2 ATS in their last eight contests and 5-2 SU in their last seven, dating back to last season.
The Texans are 4-1-1 ATS in their last six games against the Bears and 7-2 SU in their last nine home games. However, they are only 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games as the favorite and 3-13 SU in their last 16 games against opponents from the NFC.
The under is 4-2 in the last six matchups between these teams and 8-3 in the Bears’ last 11 games overall.
Atlanta Falcons vs. Philadelphia Eagles

The battle of the birds on Monday Night Football will give us a great picture of where each team is coming into the season. The Eagles started slowly before rallying to beat the Packers last Friday night in Brazil, and they’ll have extra time to recover before hosting this game on Monday. The Falcons’ new offense with Kirk Cousins at the helm sputtered against the Steelers, as the Falcons lost SU to Pittsburgh even though their fortified defense didn’t allow a touchdown.
The Falcons are only 1-5 SU/1-5 ATS in their last six games and 1-4 SU/1-4 ATS against the Eagles in their last five head-to-head matchups. They are only 2-13 SU/3-12 ATS in their last 15 road games. In the one positive trend, Atlanta has gone 12-3 ATS in its last 15 Week 2 matchups.
After their international win last week, the Eagles are 7-0 SU in their last seven games in September. They are 11-2 SU in their last 13 home games against the Falcons and 14-5-1 ATS in their last 20 head-to-head meetings. However, the Eagles are only 2-6 SU/1-7 ATS in their last eight games, dating back to last season.
The over is 6-0 in Philadelphia’s last six home games and 7-1 in Atlanta’s last eight matchups in Week 2. However, the under is 15-6 in the last 21 head-to-head meetings between these teams and 9-3 in Philly’s last 12 appearances on Monday Night Football.
