How to Play
Pick a Contest
The DraftKings DFS lobby offers a wide range of sports, from football to MMA, esports and more! Once you select a sport, it’s time to enter a contest. A contest is the particular competition your lineup will be competing in against other users for prizes, typically centering on a real-life event.
Draft a Lineup
Once your contest has been selected, it’s time to draft a roster of real-life players competing in that specific event. In DraftKings’ salary cap contests, users are given a fictional $50,000 as a salary cap to spend on their team, with each player given a specific salary. Draft your lineup by selecting eligible players from the pool while staying under the cap. Once your squad is built, you can enter the contest!
Embrace the Sweat
You’ve done your part, now it’s time to watch the action play out. Sweat out the event your contest is based on and track your lineup’s performance in real time.
View the Results
Once the contest wraps up, any potential winnings you receive will automatically be credited to your DraftKings account. Check the results of the contest to see the final standings and respective payouts.
