UPDATE: With the official injury report being submitted ahead of the Week 1 kickoffs, Keenan Allen ($6,900) will be active for the Bears.
Bears GM Ryan Poles officially told Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com that he is available for the opening week. Allen started the week with limited practice and progressed to a full session on Friday.
It is unclear how close he is to the 100% version of himself, but having Allen on the field will be a huge help in the debut game for Caleb Williams ($5,900). Allen will line up alongside D.J. Moore ($6,500) and Rome Odunze ($4,000) to form arguably the most dynamic pass-catching trio in the NFL.
The Bears will now focus their attention on their opening-week matchup with the Titans. They enter as four-point favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook and will be playing in front of the home fans. All eyes will be on top overall pick Caleb Williams in the debut and he surely will be thankful to be able to lean on the veteran wide receiver. –Sean Barnard

This is great news for Chicago’s new signal caller, Caleb Williams, who will have his top target on the depth chart for his NFL debut. Lower body injuries are scary for skill position players as they tend to linger, and it’s something to keep an eye on in the coming weeks. -Xaiver Aguiar
September 6th: The Bears attempted to upgrade their offense this offseason, building around No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams ($5,900). He is set for his much-anticipated NFL debut this week against the Titans. The Bears are 3.5-point favorites in their opener and the total is set at 44.5.
Williams may have to start his career without one of his primary offensive options, though, since Keenan Allen ($6,900) was listed as questionable for the contest. Allen was able to put in a full practice on Friday. After practice, Coach Matt Eberflus indicated Keenan should be able to suit up.
Last year, Allen had 108 catches and was able to post over 1,200 yards despite being limited to 13 games. He has at least 100 catches in four of the last five years, and the team hoped he would be a great receiving option who Williams could rely on to adjust to the NFL. Allen is +200 to score a touchdown in Week 1 and the over/under on his receiving yards is only 49.5.
If Allen is limited in Week 1 or needs an extra week before making his Bears debut, rookie Rome Odunze ($4,000) could step into an even larger role. Odunze was selected just eight picks after Williams and brings a sky-high ceiling after his successful college production at Washington. Odunze showcased great play-making potential in the preseason and the sky is the limit for him this season if he can carve out a target share behind proven veterans Allen and D.J. Moore ($6,500). If Allen is hampered, it may be just the opening Odunze needs to burst onto the scene. Before Week 1, Odunze is +7000 to win Offensive Rookie of the Year and +1400 to have the most Regular Season Rookie Receiving Yards.
