The Bears named their team captains for the 2024 NFL season, and they included rookie QB Caleb Williams as one of them.
The No. 1 pick in last year’s draft has been unquestionably the team’s top QB since arriving in Chicago and can now add the Captain’s “C” to his uniform.

This preseason, Williams played in two games. He dropped back to passa total of 23 times, completing 10-of-20 pass attempts for 170 passing yards. He was also sacked once and scrambled twice for 20 yards.

Williams will make his first NFL regular season start on Sunday at home against the Titans. The Bears are -4 for that game and the over/under is 45.5. Williams is +245 to score a touchdown in Week 1 and +105 to throw for 250+ yards. He’s even +400 to get to 300 yards, which seems attainable in this matchup.
Williams is on the main DFS slate for his debut, and he’s an attractive option with a high ceiling at only $5,900 in the NFL $4M Fantasy Football Millionaire [$1M to 1st].
