The first official week of college football is here! For Week 1, the crew will be in College Station, the home of the Texas A&M Aggies. The No. 7 ranked Notre Dame Fighting Irish will be in town to face No. 20 Texas A&M on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET. During Week 0, the College Gameday crew made their season debut in Dublin, Ireland for No. 10 Florida State vs. Georgia Tech, which saw the Yellow Jackets upset the Seminoles by a score of 24-21.
College Gameday’s cast includes host Rece Davis and analysts Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Steve Coughlin, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Nick Saban. The seven-time national champion and future football Hall-of-Famer, debuted on the program last week in Ireland.

The premier college football show from the Worldwide Leader will take place at Aggie Park in College Station, Texas. The show will air live from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET. Fans can enter Aggie Park and get their spot for the show starting at 6:30 a.m. ET.

You can watch College Gameday on ESPN and ESPNU streaming live from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. ET. The Game starts at 7:30 p.m. ET. The game between Texas A&M and Notre Dame will air on ABC and ESPN+.

Notre Dame is leading the all-time series 3-2 but Texas A&M won the last matchup 24-3. The previous game between the two teams was in 2001 and occurred in College Station. In Marcus Freeman’s second season as head coach for the Fighting Irish, they went 10-3 en route to beating No. 21 Oregon State, 40-8, in the Sun Bowl. Former Duke Head Coach Mike Elko is entering his first season at Texas A&M, replacing former head coach Jimbo Fisher, who was let go in November 2023 and received a record buyout.
