The Oakland Athletics rank 24th in runs scored on the season, but when they do score, it is usually from the long ball. The Athletics are fifth in MLB with 174 home runs. On Friday in Texas, they flexed not once, not twice, not thrice but four times and notched the 9-2 win.

Brent Rooker ($5,600; 32 FPTS) opened up the festivities with a solo shot in the first inning.

Nathaniel Lowe ($3,600; 17 FPTS) responded with a solo shot of his own in the second inning.

JJ Bleday ($4,200; 27 FPTS) thought that was cute and launched the second pitch he saw over the right field fence for a three-run home run.

Rooker hit his second home run of the night in the seventh inning, a solo shot on a full count.

In the ninth inning, Lawrence Butler ($4,000; 9 FPTS) doubled in a run, Bleday doubled in Butler, then Shea Langeliers ($4,700; 19 FPTS) put a bow on the night with a two-run blast.

In the $200K Hidden Ball Trick tournament, the winning lineup had the Oakland stack consisting of the 9, 2, 3, 4 and 5 hitters. SS Jacob Wilson ($3,400; 7 FPTS) was rostered on only 1.7% of teams. Rooker was at 3.8%, Bleday was at 6.3%, Langeliers was at 5.8% and Seth Brown ($3,000; 6 FPTS) was the highest rostered player in the stack at 13.2%.
