The last four starts for Freddy Peralta ($9,800; 30.5 FPTS) have been uncharacteristic. He allowed four earned runs in back-to-back starts then notched only two and three strikeouts in the two most recent outings.
On Wednesday at home against the San Francisco Giants, Peralta must’ve had a nice chat with Stella because he got his groove back, striking out eight in six innings for the win. He did walk three batters but did not allow an earned run on two hits.
For offense, Milwaukee had a five-run fifth inning and eventually notched the 5-3 win.
Jackson Chourio ($4,200; 7 FPTS) started the festivities with a RBI single. Blake Perkins ($2,400; 16 FPTS) followed that up with a two-run double. William Contreras ($5,200; 19 FPTS) then finished it off with a two-run home run.
All of the runs came off Kyle Harrison ($8,200; 10.3 FPTS) who finished with seven strikeouts, three walks and five earned runs on four hits in 4.2 innings.
The Giants scored on an error in the seventh then plated two in the eighth off a Michael Conforto ($3,900; 11 FPTS) RBI double and Heliot Ramos ($4,400; 7 FPTS) single.
