Thorpedo Anna made a masterful move in the homestretch, but couldn’t make up enough ground and finished a nose short. She entered at 3/3 but proved her dream season isn’t showing any signs of slowing down.
The Kentucky Derby runner-up, Sierra Leone, came in at 8/5 but was able to build off previous success. He finished a distant third and could never fully get into the mix.
