“2s” were wild on Sunday in Los Angeles, as the Dodgers scored two runs in the first and two runs in the second inning on a double by Teoscar Hernandez ($4,700; 16 FPTS).
Andrew McCutchen ($4,300; 32 FPTS) responded by throwing up the peace sign with both hands, as he hit a two-run home run in the third inning. Then, he blasted another two-run shot in the eighth inning to tie the game at 4-4, sending it to extras.
In the 10th inning, Pittsburgh couldn’t obtain the magical “2” number, settling for just one run. Kike Hernandez ($2,700; 17 FPTS) pounded the donut off his bat, screamed “Alakazam!”, then hit a RBI-double to tie the game. Hernandez adjusted his batting gloves like Thanos after acquiring the last Infinity Stone, then singled to right field, driving in Hernandez for the walk-off win.
Bailey Falter ($6,200; -1 FPTS) walked three, struck out two and allowed four runs on seven hits for the Pirates.
Tyler Glasnow ($10,400; 16.15 FPTS) went seven innings, struck out four, walked one and allowed two earned runs on five hits.
