Sneaker Release Schedule: Top drops for August 2024

As the summer nears its end the sneaker heat rolls on!

The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 3 Retro was perhaps biggest drop of the week on August 20, but August 23 will be the busiest. Among the shoes dropping will be:

But the biggest drop will be an interesting one. Ahead of Mamba Day on Saturday, the Nike Kobe 9 Elite High Protro Halo will drop on August 23 for a retail price of $240. This will be the first time this shoe has seen a protro release and its ultra-high cut may make it the least popular of all the Kobe Protros to release to date. That’s not to say that it won’t be an instant sellout, because it absolutely will be. But this may not generate quite the same excitement perhaps as some of the other models we’ve seen of late.
