NASCAR returns to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. DraftKings is celebrating stock cars on the legendary 2.5-mile oval with a $100K grand prize fantasy NASCAR contest. Check out the DFS NASCAR rankings below and make your fantasy racing picks for the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis.

1. Denny Hamlin ($10,500) — The No. 11 JGR Toyota had the speed to win at Pocono. The JGR Toyotas always do at Pocono. Hamlin finished second after Blaney outflanked him with strategy. Also, Hamlin tested at Indy earlier this season.
2. Ryan Blaney ($10,000) — Pocono and Indy correlate. Turn 2 at Pocono — the Tunnel Turn — replicates an Indy turn. Speed at one is speed at the other. Blaney won last week’s race at Pocono.
3. Martin Truex Jr ($9,200) — During practice and Stage 1, Truex had the best car at Pocono. Tracks change. Track position changes. Adjustments must be made. That’s racing. The No. 19 JGR team failed to adjust. Truex said his car was a turtle on the vital Pocono straightaways. Indy has long straightaways.
4. Kyle Larson ($10,300) — It’s a busy week for Yung Money. After leaving Pocono on Sunday, it was on to Attica then another dirt track on Wednesday and Thursday — the legendary El Dora Speedway. He’ll bounce around Rossburg, OH and Indianapolis all weekend. Is this too much racing or does Larson thrive on a full plate?
5. Chase Elliott ($9,700) — A speeding penalty on lap 116 of 160 ruined Elliott’s day at Pocono. He dropped from fourth to 21st. This was a rare situation. Elliott is statistically the best driver in the Cup Series at avoiding speeding penalties.

6. Christopher Bell ($9,500) — This might not be Bell’s week. He lacks experience at the Indy oval. His Toyota should have speed but this race often comes down to strategy, restarts and experience.
7. William Byron ($9,700) — Reading between the lines, the No. 24 Hendrick Chevy is not in good shape. Byron bounced back with a top-5 finish at Pocono, but he wasn’t happy about his car’s speed in his post-race interviews.
8. Joey Logano ($8,600) — Team Penske has found something. Logano’s Nashville win was flukey, but Blaney’s Pocono win was not. The team had speed across the board all weekend.
9. Alex Bowman ($8,200) — It’s official. Bowman is the 2024 dark horse. The No. 48 Hendrick Chevy may not be the fastest but it’s consistent. Consistency goes a long way in racing.
10. Ty Gibbs ($8,300) — His JGR Toyota will have the speed to compete for the win. The question is whether it will be running at the end. Gibbs won the pole and led the third-most laps at Pocono but blew his engine in Stage 3.
11. Tyler Reddick ($) — As expected, the Toyotas unloaded with speed at Pocono. Indy requires a similar setup. Reddick can win at the Brickyard if his team gets the strategy right.
12. Brad Keselowski ($9,300) — Indianapolis is a blend of speed and strategy. The track’s long straight stretches demand power. The RFK Fords have it. The race requires strategy. Keselowski is a chess master.
13. Kyle Busch ($8,000) — The good news is that Kyle Busch participated in the Indianapolis Goodyear tire test. The bad news is that he wrecked. RCR is in rough shape but chaotic restarts could open the door for a top-5 finish.
14. Bubba Wallace ($7,800) — Indianapolis is a lap turner. There is a reason NASCAR stopped racing the oval track. If Wallace nails the restarts, his Toyota should be able to cruise around the top 10 all afternoon.
15. Ross Chastain ($8,100) — Trackhouse Racing is on the verge of becoming irrelevant. Has the team focused too much on their road course program? Has Trackhouse Entertainment Group bit off more than it can chew? Indy will be a difficult test. Their results will reveal the state of this team.
