Reunited and it feels so good?
Could Davante Adams and Aaron Rodgers find a way to come back together in New York? He certainly didn’t seem opposed to the idea while guesting on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast.

But if Davante is waxing poetic about the idea there is definitely one person who is not: Mike Ryan. He shared his thoughts on the will-they-won’t-they Adams-Rodgers reunion on Thursday’s edition of The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz.
“They’re like two star-crossed lovers who can never be together. EXCEPT THEY CHOSE TO BE APART,” Mike says.
Mike says ever since Davante got to Las Vegas it’s seemed like he’s been plotting some sort of reunion with Rodgers, be it in Las Vegas or New York, with open frustration from both sides that they haven’t been able to make it happen. Who can we blame for this, Mike asks. How about Davante Adams, who turned down a solid offer from Green Bay in order to take a bigger offer to fulfill his “dream” to play for the Raiders. Now he’s openly, on mic, subverting the Raiders at every turn.
“Enough with this, you guys had the choice. You both made the choice,” Mike says.
“Enough with Davante Adams and Aaron Rodgers…you both made the choice that you wanted to move on…there was a path to staying together…”

Dan says he’s assuming that Davante didn’t realize the choice that he had made. But Mike points out that not only did Davante choose the money, but he also chose a quarterback that he had a pre-existing affinity for and relationship with in Derek Carr, who has since moved on to New Orleans. And now that the Carr-Adams reunion fizzled, Mike points out that Davante is taking every opportunity to be openly upset with the quarterback production in Las Vegas.
