The 2024 NCAA Division I Baseball Championship has been whittled down to 16 teams, with Super Regionals taking place from Friday, June 7 through Monday, June 10. Eight best-of-three series will send the winners to Omaha and the College World Series.
Ten of the 16 national seeds in the tournament advanced through their four-team regional tournaments last weekend, with No. 1 Tennessee still standing tall. Both the ACC and SEC are well-represented, with all eight host schools being from those two leagues. Meanwhile both Oregon and Oregon State have the distinction of being the final two Pac-12 teams of any sport still standing. And after taking down perennial postseason failure East Carolina in Greenville, Evansville will attempt to pull off a major upset against No. 1 Tennessee in Knoxville.
