The 2024 NCAA Division I baseball tournament has been whittled down to 16 teams with Super Regionals taking place from Friday, June 7 through Monday, June 10. Eight best-of-three series will take place across the bracket with the winners advancing to the College World Series in Omaha.
10 of the 16 national seeds in the tournament were able to advance through their respective regional tournaments last weekend with No. 1 Tennessee still standing tall. The Volunteers averaged 11 runs through their three victories and will play host to Evansville in the Knoxville Super Regionals. The biggest upset happened occurred when No. 5 Arkansas was clipped by Southeast Missouri State in the loser’s bracket of the Fayetteville Regional. No. 9 Oklahoma also had its season ended when it got obliterated by UConn 7-1 in the final game of the Norman Regional on Monday.
