The Bills used their first pick to select wide receiver Keon Coleman out of Florida State. After trading away Stefon Diggs to the Texans, the Bills needed to grab an impact receiver early to fill the Diggs-sized hole in their offense. Coleman had 658 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns as a Seminole in the 2023 college season. They also selected running back Ray Davis out of Kentucky in the first round.
