The only matchup on tonight’s WNBA schedule will feature the Indiana Fever continuing their west coast road trip when visiting the Los Angeles Sparks. The game will tip off at 10 p.m. ET and will air on Ion.

Indiana (0-5) is still searching for its first win of the season and once again came up just short in an 85-83 loss to Seattle on Wednesday. Trailing by one, the Fever had a chance to take the lead in the final seconds, but Caitlin Clark lost control of an inbounds pass. A jump ball following an ensuing tie up was recovered by Nneka Ogwumike, effectively sealing the win for the Storm.

Los Angeles (1-2) was able to get its first win of the year on Tuesday, edging Washington in a 70-68 nailbiter. This game was also decided in the final seconds where Cameron Brink blocked Shakira Austin multiple times to prevent a game-tying layup and seal the win for the Sparks. Dearica Hamby continued her early-season hot streak, producing 17 points and 18 rebounds in the win.

Indiana enters the game as a 1.5-point favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook, accompanied by a total of 165.5. The Fever are listed as a -122 moneyline favorite, making the Sparks a +102 underdog.

Fever vs. Sparks, 10 p.m. ET

Pick ATS: Sparks +1.5

Indiana’s last two games have been decided by six points and is a few bounces from being 2-3 instead of 5-0. Unfortunately for the visitors, I think we get a similar result tonight. This should be a close battle between two teams trying to find their footing and with the way Hamby has been playing, I’ll give the edge to the Sparks and take them to cover.

Over/Under: Over 165.5

Indiana is giving up a league-high 91.6 points per game while L.A. is allowing opponents to shoot 45.1% from the field. I think this will be another Fever game where both teams comfortably get into the 80’s, so I’ll take the over.
