The Boston Celtics and Indiana Pacers will meet in the 2024 Eastern Conference Finals after both sides advanced from the second round in the 2024 NBA Playoffs. The Celtics made quick work of the Cleveland Cavaliers in five games, while the Pacers had a hard-fought seven-game series against the New York Knicks where they were the only team to win a road game in the series. Although both the Celtics and Pacers benefitted from injuries to the opposition, neither team will be concerned about that heading into this matchup. The Celtics won three of the five meetings in the regular season but the Pacers won the knockout game in the In-Season Tournament.
