The 2024 NCAA men’s lacrosse tournament will continue on this weekend, with the quarterfinal round taking place at Shuart Stadium in Hempstead, NY, and Unitas Stadium in Towson, MD. The winners advance to the Final Four, set for Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia on Saturday, May 25.
No. 1 Notre Dame is the defending national champion and is the odds favorite to win it all once again heading into the quarterfinals. The Fighting Irish had a dominant 12-1 regular season campaign and carried that over into the first round, where they downed Albany 14-9 on Sunday. Meanwhile, No. 2 Duke is hot on their heels as the reigning national runner-up, and the Blue Devils are fresh off a 19-7 beatdown of Utah in round one.
