On tap for Wednesday night is a two-game NBA playoff slate, with the Celtics hosting the Cavaliers for a Game 5 and the Thunder hosting the Mavericks for another Game 5. DraftKings continues to offer huge tournaments for DFS players and below are some of my favorite targets at each position.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Dallas Mavericks, $10,100
Gilgeous-Alexander has been magnificent in this second-round series with Dallas and is an excellent value at this price point. Through the first four games of this best-of-seven series with the Mavericks, the MVP finalist has produced 62.7 DKFP in 40.5 minutes per game with a 31.4% usage rate. Gilgeous-Alexander should be priced near $12K considering his production this series and he shouldn’t disappoint in Wednesday’s crucial Game 5 on his home floor.
This season, Gilgeous-Alexander is amassing 3.3 DKFP per game more at home than when on the road.
Other Options: Luka Doncic ($11,100), Donovan Mitchell ($9,000, if he plays)
Value
Tim Hardaway Jr., Dallas Mavericks at Oklahoma City Thunder, $3,500
After dealing with an ankle injury during the first round, Hardaway Jr. looks healthy again and has been a solid spark off the bench for Dallas, scoring 16.9 DKFP in 19.3 minutes per game in his last three. The wing has knocked down multiple three pointers in three consecutive games and even closed the game with the Mavericks’ starters in Game 4.
Hardaway Jr. began these playoffs priced at $4,900 and is a solid bargain at this near minimum salary.
Other Options: Darius Garland ($6,900, if Mitchell is out), Jrue Holiday ($5,800), Caris LeVert ($5,200, if Mitchell is out), Payton Pritchard ($4,000)
Forward
Stud
Jayson Tatum, Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers, $9,700
After being highly criticized by the media following the Celtics’ Game 2 loss vs. the Cavaliers at home last Thursday, Tatum has silenced his doubters, scoring over 60 DKFP in both Game 3 and 4. Kristaps Porzingis (calf) is expected to miss his sixth game in a row Wednesday and the Celtics have a chance to close out Cleveland, leading this series 3-1. Tatum is leading Boston with 1.4 DKFP per minute and a 33.6% usage rate with Porzingis off the court this season — which is a 2.9 percentage point increase from his average — and is an awesome value at this sub $10K salary.
In four closeout games over the last two years, Tatum is supplying 55.9 DKFP per game.
Other Options: Jalen Williams ($7,600)

PJ Washington, Dallas Mavericks at Oklahoma City Thunder, $6,300
Washington has been incredible recently, with 46.4 DKFP per game in the Mavericks’ past three vs. the Thunder. During this stretch, the ex-Hornet has logged at least 40 minutes in every game and he has seen a 22.7% usage rate, which ranks second only to Doncic for Dallas.
Washington owns a great 62.9% true shooting percentage during this second-round series with Oklahoma City and is a near must-play with the Mavericks back in Dallas for Wednesday’s Game 5. At home this season, the forward has produced 4.6 DKFP more per game than when competing on the road.
Other Options: Max Strus ($5,400, if Mitchell is out), Derrick Jones Jr. ($4,400)
Center
Stud
Chet Holmgren, Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Dallas Mavericks, $7,000
Holmgren is too cheap for his upside and needs to be rostered on this short slate. The rookie has recorded at least 37 DKFP in three of the first four games vs. the Mavericks during the semi-finals and is averaging 36.2 DKFP per game for the postseason.
In Monday’s comeback win in Game 4, Holmgren logged 40 minutes, which is the second-most playing time the big man has seen this season. With this series all tied up at two wins apiece, Holmgren should see close to around 40 minutes again on Wednesday and easily outproduce this salary.

Value
Luke Kornet, Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers, $3,600
Kornet provided a nice boost off the bench for the Celtics in Game 4 on Monday, posting 17.5 DKFP across 19 minutes. The center has now recorded at least 15 DKFP in three of the past five with Porzingis sidelined and Kornet could be in store for a few extra minutes Wednesday if Boston runs away with a win. That scenario is absolutely possible, as the Celtics are a 15.5-point favorite on the DraftKings Sportsbook and with Mitchell’s availability in question for Cleveland.
Nonetheless, Kornet is collecting 18.9 DKFP per game with Porzingis inactive this season (27 games) and is a viable punt for this short slate, that will help you roster multiple studs.
