Preparation for the 2024 NBA Draft will kick into high gear after Sunday afternoon’s lottery, which will slot the first 14 teams for the June event. The lottery will draw the top four teams, with the remaining ones being put in order based on reverse standings. The Detroit Pistons and Washington Wizards have the best odds to win the lottery, although no team in the last five lotteries with the best odds to win has come out with the No. 1 pick.
The Nets owe their pick to the Rockets, while Houston’s own pick will be transferred to the Thunder if the Rockets don’t land in the top 4. The Warriors will convey their pick to the Trail Blazers if Golden State isn’t in the top 4.
Here we’ll be tracking Sunday’s 2024 NBA Draft lottery results as they happen.
