The Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers will meet in the second round of the 2024 NBA Playoffs in the Eastern Conference after advancing from the opening series in differing fashion. The Celtics made quick work of the Heat and advanced in five games, while the Cavaliers needed a comeback in Game 7 to take care of the Magic. Kristaps Porzingis is set to miss this series for Boston with a calf strain while Jarrett Allen missed the last three games of the first round for Cleveland. The Celtics won two of the three games during the regular season between these two teams.
