Fantasy F1 is coming to America. Round 6 of the 2024 DFS F1 season at DraftKings takes place at the South Beach street circuit. The Miami Grand Prix is accentuated by the $20K grand prize awarded to the winner of the featured DraftKings DFS Formula 1 contest.

1. Max Verstappen ($17,000) — This is a preposterous price. Verstappen wins every round and leads nearly every lap in each Grand Prix. Despite four Formula 1 wins in 2024, Verstappen has been an optimal DFS F1 pick at DraftKings once.
2. Sergio Perez ($10,400) — It’s Cinco de Mayo in Miami. The Mexican driver has earned a podium in four of the five rounds this season. Checo was the runner-up in the 2023 Miami Grand Prix and only lost by 5 seconds.
3. Charles Leclerc ($10,000) — Red Bull owns the podium, but there’s always room for one more. Leclerc has not finished worse than fourth this season. He was the runner-up in the inaugural Miami Grand Prix in 2022.
4. Lando Norris ($9,800) — He was the optimal DFS F1 Captain’s Pick in the last round in the Chinese Grand Prix. That was the second time he was an optimal fantasy Formula 1 pick in the last three races.
5. Carlos Sainz Jr ($9,600) — Ferrari needs Verstappen’s RB20 to fail in order win. That’s just a fact. Ferrari is fast just not fast enough. Verstappen retired early in the Australian Grand Prix and Sainz won that street circuit race.

6. Oscar Piastri ($7,200) — A McLaren has been an optimal DraftKings DFS F1 pick in three of the five rounds this season. Twice they were represented by Lando Norris. Piastri was the optimal pick for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix (street circuit).
7. Fernando Alonso ($7,400) — The Aston Martin veteran earned a podium finish in the 2023 Miami Grand Prix. The 2024 season hasn’t been great, but Alonso has been solid. The Spaniard is averaging a seventh-place finish.
8. Esteban Ocon ($4,200) — The key to DFS F1 value picks is winning the teammate matchup and earning the five-point bonus. This has proved to be easy for Ocon. Pierre Gasly ($3,200) has been ghastly for Alpine. Ocon has a top-10 finish in both Miami GPs.
9. Nico Hulkenberg ($4,800) — The big news this week was that the German driver will likely join the German Audi F1 team in 2026. The bigger news was that the current Haas driver was an optimal DraftKings DFS F1 pick in the Chinese Grand Prix. His three optimal finishes are the most in Formula 1.
10. Logan Sargeant ($3,000) — Formula 1 is a top-heavy sport. The expensive drivers score fantasy points. Ugly punts are required to fit the expensive DFS F1 targets. Sargeant was the optimal Captain’s Pick in Round 4 with a 17th-place finish. He was optimal in Round 5 with another 17th-place finish.
