Top 56 rookie dynasty rankings for 2024 fantasy football

The 2024 NFL Draft has wrapped up. Players not drafted are free to sign with whatever team will have them, but we know the initial landing spots for this year’s draft class. While the start of the regular season is still over four months away, it isn’t too early to start looking at rookie rankings for those in dynasty leagues.

You likely have already been researching players, but the landing spot and anticipated role can affect how those rookie drafts should go. Michael Penix Jr., for example, is a good quarterback who would have a lot of upside if he landed with the Denver Broncos or the Minnesota Vikings. Instead, he was selected by the Atlanta Falcons and could end up sitting for the first two years of his career if Kirk Cousins stays healthy and continues playing well.

Most years, rookie drafts begin with wide receivers and running backs dominating the first round. This year should be largely dominated by wideouts. Their rankings is a combination of talent, role this year and how soon they project to be in a starting role in the future. Marvin Harrison Jr. was this class’s top wideout, and he should instantly slot in as the No. 1 wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals.

While quarterbacks usually fall in rookie drafts, Caleb Williams should be worth taking early. He is expected to be under center for the Chicago Bears come Week 1, and the franchise added Keenan Allen, Rome Odunze and D’Andre Swift as targets around him. Jayden Daniels is my QB2 with J.J. McCarthy as my QB3. I may not have as much belief in McCarthy and think that he needs to develop more, but the supporting cast of Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, Aaron Jones and T.J. Hockenson (when healthy) is too good to overlook.

Here are the rest of my top 56 rookies for 2024 dynasty league rookie drafts.
