The MLB is back in action on Saturday, April 27. Every team is scheduled to play, weather permitting. This loaded slate gives you a ton of player prop bets to look through while trying to find the most advantageous matchups and lines. With that in mind, here are our best player prop bets for Saturday’s action with odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

Jordan Hicks, 4+ strikeouts (-230)
Hicks’ strikeout line is set at over/under 4.5, and taking this line instead gives you lower odds but covers you if he finishes with four. We took this approach on Wednesday with Garrett Crochet and he finished with exactly six punchouts, cashing our bet and missing the line set at 6.5. Hicks didn’t strike any batters out in his last start but has at least five in three of his five appearances this season. San Francisco starter Kyle Harrison struck out seven on Friday against the Pittsburgh Pirates, so Hicks should finish with at least four.
Ranger Suarez, over 4.5 strikeouts (+110)
Suarez will be making his sixth start of the season. He has struck out five batters in four of his five outings this year, punching out five his last time out. Philadelphia Phillies starter Aaron Nola struck out 10 San Diego Padres on Friday, and the Padres are batting just .211 against southpaws this season, striking out in 19.6% of their at-bats. You could take the safer 4+ line (-190), but I really think he punches out at least five on Saturday.
Matt Chapman, 1+ hits (-265)
Chapman is hitting .229 this season for the Giants. Despite the lower batting average, he is riding a seven-game hit streak. Chapman and the Giants will take on Pittsburgh Pirates starter Martin Perez. He is 7-17 against Perez in his career, with three doubles and an RBI. Right-handed batters are hitting .273 against the Pittsburgh lefty this season, giving Chapman a good chance to finish Saturday with at least one base hit.
