The Buffalo Bills had one of the best turnarounds of any team last season. After going 6-6 heading into their Week 13 bye week, the Bills won five games in a row to win the AFC East and head into the playoffs as a No. 2 seed. They fell to the Kansas City Chiefs and made the decision to trade away WR Stefon Diggs in the offseason. Buffalo will have a tough task competing against the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets in the division but currently holds the No. 28 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft to take a step forward.

Buffalo’s First Three Picks
Round 1, Pick 28 — Keon Coleman, WR
The Bills likely need to trade up from this spot to ensure that they get one of the better wide receivers in the class. Buffalo signed Curtis Samuel in the offseason, but he is not a WR1 and is barely a WR2. If the Bills stay put at the end of the first, their options are limited, but I think you draft the catch radius that comes with Coleman and pair him with Josh Allen.
Round 2, Pick 60 — Kamren Kinchens, S
Buffalo lost Jordan Poyer to the Miami Dolphins in free agency. Micah Hyde remains a free agent but isn’t expected to re-sign with the Bills, and the 33-year-old may be debating retiring. The Bills did bring in Mike Edwards from the Kansas City Chiefs and re-signed Taylor Rapp, but Kinchens can provide much-needed safety depth.
Round 4, Pick 128 — Mekhi Wingo, DT
I thought about giving Buffalo another wide receiver here but decided to go with some help on the interior of the defensive line. Ed Oliver and DaQuan Jones aren’t going to get any younger. The Bills did bring in Austin Johnson and DeShawn Williams to help add depth, but Wingo adds youth with developmental upside.
