The NBA Playoffs are back in action Tuesday night, and it’s time to celebrate yet another Threesday on DraftKings Sportsbook!
I’m going to break down my first three pick for each of Tuesday’s postseason matchups on DraftKings Sportsbook. Without further ado, let’s get into it.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Phoenix Suns
First Three: Devin Booker (+500)
Considering Booker’s usage rate, getting him at just the third-highest odds to hit the first three feels like great value.
Yes, Grayson Allen is the obvious choice here, but he’s questionable for this contest and also missed all three of his long-range attempts in Game 1. Booker, who is not known to be a prolific three-point shooter, has upped his attempts from beyond the arc as of late.
The superstar guard has taken at least six triples in three of his last four games, connecting on a pair of them in the first matchup of this series. We know the ball is going to be in his hands early, so I’m confident rolling with Booker at +500.

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Indiana Pacers
First Three: Myles Turner (+500)
I can hear you exclaiming, “No Dame?!” as I write this.
Yes, Lillard is the obvious choice of all obvious choices for a three-pointers prop of the remaining postseason player pool. That said, it’s hard for me to justify the value at +295.
Turner, on the other hand, brings both volume and a favorable matchup for this specific bet. The 28-year-old took 10 triples in Game 1 of this series. He’s hit at least two in five of his last six contests.
So, assuming we get a Tyrese Haliburton screen action to open the game for Indiana, a pop instead of a roll makes a lot of sense. Not only does it drag Brook Lopez out of the paint, but he’s also likely not going to effectively contest a three-pointer at 7’1, 280 pounds. All due respect to Lopez, but there are certain limitations to his agility at this stage of his career.
So, if you want to roll with Lillard, I completely understand it. Personally, I favor the value with Turner.
Threesday Splits: Bucks vs. Pacers
Los Angeles Clippers vs. Dallas Mavericks
First Three: Luka Doncic (+255)
This is one instance where I’m going to opt for the player with the shortest odds, and it’s just because of how insane Luka’s three-point volume is.
The MVP candidate has taken at least 10 triples (!!) in seven straight games, and he’s hitting them at a remarkably efficient rate. Doncic has always been a high-volume guy from beyond the arc, but his percentage has left a lot to be desired in that department over the years. This season, that has not been the case, as he’s boasting a career-high 38.2% from three.
I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if Luka takes five triples in the opening three minutes of the game. There are quite a few other capable long-range shooters in this contest, but I have to roll with the best player on the floor.
