Cheech and Chong are legendary and there couldn’t be a better choice for Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackon to interview this week. The comedy duo hit on everything from their Lakers fandom to their careers to the most famous people they’ve smoked with.
So who have Cheech and Chong smoke with that left them in awe? Chong notes that he used to smoke with George Harrison of The Beatles fame. One time Chong and George were even joined by Wally from Leave It To Beaver! They became such close buddies that George even played on Basketball Jones! Speaking of Basketball Jones, Cheech and Chong gave the inside scoop to the origin of that song.

Cheech, like a true Lakers fan, chose Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Cheech revealed that he and his wife lived at Kareem’s guest house while Cheech was making Up In Smoke. Chong said they would exchange weed if they had different types. In fact, on the day that Elvis Presley died, Chong says he got a call from Kareem to come on over to make a special pickup. A true case of lifestyles of the rich and famous!
