Reid Detmers over 5.5 strikeouts (-170)
The Los Angeles Angels may not have held onto their ace Shohei Ohtani in the offseason but may have found a replacement in Detmers. He has been lights out this season, picking up two wins against the Boston Red Sox and another against the Baltimore Orioles. Detmers has struck out at least seven batters in each start this season.
Bryce Harper over 0.5 hits (-245)
Harper is having a down year, slashing just .215/.301/.462 through 17 games. He has a hit in back-to-back games against the Colorado Rockies and will take on starter Ryan Feltner on Wednesday. Harper hasn’t seen him much, but is 3-5 against the righty in his career with a single, double and triple. He should be able to extend his hitting streak to three games on Wednesday.
Jordan Wicks over 1.5 walks allowed (-165)
Wicks and the Chicago Cubs will wrap up a midweek series against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Wednesday. The teams have split the two games so far, with Chicago winning the first and Arizona taking the second, both in extra innings. Wicks will be making his third start of the season. He has walked eight hitters in 12.2 innings of work and has walked at least three batters in two of his three starts.
