Best NBA player prop bets to consider for Nuggets vs. Warriors Thursday

The Denver Nuggets and Golden State Warriors will add another chapter to their recent rivalry Thursday night when they meet in the second game of TNT’s doubleheader. With plenty of stars on display in this game, there’s a lot of great player props for bettors to target. Here’s a few we like for the contest, with odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

Nikola Jokic under 9.5 assists (-125)

The Nuggets big man has actually gone under this line in eight of his last nine games, with his lone over coming at 10 assists. Jokic has been more focused on scoring and grabbing rebounds, which has kept his assist numbers a bit down this year. The Warriors rank seventh in opponent assists allowed per game, so the matchup is also favorable for the under to hit.

Stephen Curry over 4.5 3-pointers (+100)

Curry went over this mark in the first meeting against the Nuggets before going under on Christmas Day. Curry has historically struggled from the perimeter on Christmas Day, so that performance might’ve been an anomaly. The Warriors point guard has gone over this number just once in his last five games but he was still taking 10.4 triples per game. At some point, these shots are going to fall at a normal clip for Curry. At plus money, this has a decent enough payout to back.

Aaron Gordon over 6.5 rebounds (+114)

Gordon grabbed 10 rebounds in Denver’s win over Golden State on Christmas Day, so he’s gone over this mark against this opponent recently enough to back him again here. He had four offensive rebounds in that game, and the Warriors are notorious for giving up some muscle on the offensive glass. I like Gordon to go over this line despite his inconsistent rebounding numbers of late.
