The Bucks aren’t playing a back-to-back set here, and they don’t have one coming up until January 3 and 4. Antetokounmpo has been playing a lot of minutes, averaging 35.9 minutes per game over his last 10. He’s played in 19 consecutive games and could use a breather.
If Antetokounmpo doesn’t suit up, Damian Lillard will be the primary offensive force for Milwaukee. Brook Lopez and Bobby Portis likely man the interior with the latter likely getting the start, while Khris Middleton will also see an increase in usage if Antetokounmpo is out.
