The Miami Dolphins are in position to clinch the AFC East but may be without top wideout Tyreek Hill in their Week 15 game against the New York Jets. Hill went down with an ankle injury in the first quarter of the Dolphins Monday Night Football matchup with the Titans.
Hill did not practice all week and head coach Mike McDaniels confirmed that Hill is a game-time decision for Sunday’s contest, per ESPN’s Marcel Louis-Jacques. Cheetah played a season-low 47% snaps on Monday due to the injury.

Fantasy football analysis
Similar to Trevor Lawrence’s injury from last week, a short week and ankle problem are not ideal. But Hill did manage to finish Monday’s game with limited snaps. Fantasy managers are advised to keep an eye closer toward the 1 p.m. kickoff time.
If Hill is unable to suit up, Jaylen Waddle, Cedrick Wilson, and River Cracraft would all see a considerable increase in usage.
NFL DFS analysis
Hill is a player that plays with great speed and explosiveness, him not touching the practice field all week sounds alarming. I’d steer clear of any DFS action involving Hill for now as his questionable tag presents the chance he doesn’t play come Sunday.
Betting analysis
The Dolphins are a high-powered offensive act and Hill is the lead. A divisional matchup against a tough Jets defense, the total is set at 37 with the Dolphins -9 betting favorites, per Draftkings Sportsbook. Without Hill, the Jets could make the game ugly and therefore taking them +9 on the spread is a viable play.
In terms of props, with no Hill, it opens up the field for Waddle and fellow speedster DeVon Achane to get into the end-zone. Those two along with Raheem Mostert each carry good value on the anytime TD play if the league’s leading receiver is unable to go.
