The NBA In-Season Tournament will conclude Saturday in Las Vegas when the Los Angeles Lakers face the Indiana Pacers. The league is thrilled the Lakers are in the final of this showcase event, and fans are hoping for yet another signature performance from LeBron James in the final. LeBron James over 45.5 points + rebounds + assists (-115)
You know the King was going to be here, and you can generally count on him to deliver a big stat line in a game with stakes. It’s possible this game is more high scoring than expected, which would lead to more minutes for James. He’s hit 30+ points in the two knockout games, finishing with 50 PRA against the Suns and 43 PRA against the Pelicans. He would’ve done more against New Orleans if he played more than 22 minutes in the blowout victory. Expect more minutes from James tonight, and a strong stat line across the board.
D’Angelo Russell over 1.5 3-pointers made (-180)
Russell has hit at least two triples in seven of the last nine games, including the two tournament knockout contests. The Pacers are one of the worst teams in the NBA when it comes to defending the perimeter, ranking 28th in opponent three-point percentage. Look for Russell, who has been distributing the ball less with James taking on that role, to can at least two triples in this final.
Anthony Davis over 13.5 rebounds (-120)
Even with James attacking the boards recently, Davis remains the primary force for LA on the glass. The big man has gone over this line in the last five contests, and is averaging 14.1 rebounds per game in the last nine contests. Davis hit 15 rebounds in each of the tournament knockout games. The Pacers are a league-average side when it comes to rebounds allowed, which should mean another productive evening on the glass for LA’s interior star.
