The Phoenix Suns enter Wednesday’s game against the Toronto Raptors as the hottest team in the NBA, winning seven straight games to rise substantially in the Western Conference standings. The impressive part of that winning run is having to get the last few games without the services of star forward Kevin Durant, who is dealing with a foot injury. Here’s the latest for Durant’s status Wednesday against Toronto.

Kevin Durant injury updates

Update: Durant is listed as available, and will make his return to the court tonight. He will cut into Devin Booker’s production slightly, but the Suns will be happy to have their star forward back.

Durant is officially listed as questionable, which is the same tag he had ahead of the last game. He was a game-time decision and ultimately sat out, so it’s hard to know exactly how serious this issue is. Obviously, Durant doesn’t have thrilling memories of Toronto with the Achilles injury he suffered in Game 5 of the 2019 NBA Finals. We’ll see if he’s able to get back on the court or if he waits for the Suns to get back home Friday against the Nuggets.

If Durant remains out, look for Devin Booker and Eric Gordon to be the primary offensive options for Phoenix.
