The Washington Commanders look to bounce back following a 29-26 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The Commanders will need more from second-year wideout Jahan Dotson who had a quiet game against the Seahawks. In Week 11 they host the New York Giants in an NFC East division matchup. Is Dotson worth a start heading into this week?

Fantasy Football analysis: Commanders WR Jahan Dotson

Dotson had a disappointing zero-catch outing in Week 10, failing to haul in two targets. It was a let down considering he had scored in back-to-back games prior. On the year Dotson has 34 receptions for 360 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Start or sit in Week 11 PPR leagues?

START. It’s a nice matchup for Dotson considering the Giants’ secondary was outplayed by Cowboys pass-catchers. Brandin Cooks and CeeDee Lamb combined for 324 yards receiving in Week 10. Adoree Jackson and Deonte Banks are the latest DBs added to the Giants injury report. Expect Dotson to have ample opportunities and be a solid WR2/FLEX option in most lineups.

Start or sit in Week 11 standard leagues?

START. In his last game against New York, Dotson hauled in 5 catches on 8 targets for 43 yards. With QB Sam Howell continuing to spread the football around, this is a good spot for Dotson. Although he had zero catches, Dotson played 87% of the Commanders snaps in Week 10. Expect a redemption type of game for Dotson, he carries WR3/FLEX designation in fantasy this week.

Player(s) you would start ahead of Jahan Dotson

While Dotson has a favorable matchup against the Giants, two receivers who could have productive games are Rashee Rice and Romeo Doubs.

The Chiefs and Rice face a 28th-ranked Eagles passing defense, expect Patrick Mahomes to find his main target on Monday Night Football. Doubs is a red-zone favorite of Jordan Love and should get chances against a below-average Chargers secondary.
