DJ Giddens added two touchdowns on the ground, and the defense grabbed two interceptions. The Wildcats’ only conference loss has been against Oklahoma State.
Texas (7-1, 4-1 Big XII) easily took care of BYU in their latest game in a 35-6 victory. The Longhorns will likely be playing without starting quarterback Quinn Ewers in this matchup after a shoulder injury, which could cause them some trouble. In backup Maalik Murphy’s first start last week, he passed for two touchdowns and an interception. Texas will lean on star RB Jonathon Brooks this weekend, who has six straight games of 100-plus all-purpose yards.
