3:25 p.m. ET update: Tank Dell has officially been ruled out for the rest of today’s game against the Falcons due to a concussion.
2:50 p.m. ET update: Houston has announced that Tank Dell is being evaluated for a concussion and is questionable to return to today’s game.
Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell has exited today’s Week 5 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons with an injury. He hit his head on the turf while making a catch right before the half and was seen entering the blue medical tent on the sidelines.

Dell has already played a factor in this matchup as the Texans cling on to a 9-7 lead at the half. The rookie out of Houston has hauled in three of four targets for 57 receiving yards in the outing, also taking a pair of carries for negative yardage. Dell has been a productive part of the Texans’ offense so far this year, catching 16 passes for 267 receiving yards and two touchdowns prior to Sunday’s game. He’s two weeks removed from his breakout performance against Jacksonville, where he had seven catches for 145 receiving yards and a score.
