After another sizzling sneaker month in July, the heat wave shows no signs of abating in August.
August will also be a month that sees some releases giving love to some of our foremost female athletes. After Minnesota Lynx (and UConn) star Napheesa Collier’s PE of the KD15 saw a release at the end of July, August will see several colorways of Candace Parker’s new shoe with Adidas. The end of the month will also see the release of tennis star Coco Gauff’s first shoe with New Balance.
We close out the month of August with another full week of releases. August 30 will see the release of the Nike SB Dunk High Pro x froSkate All Love and the Air Jordan 1 Stealth, while the Air Max Penny 1 will drop in the “Home” colorway for the first time since its initial release in the mid-1990s after a week’s delay on August 31. That same day will also see a Air Jordan XXXVI Luka Doncic PE as well as the Nike Zoom Cortez x sacai White and University Red. And to look ahead just a bit, on the next colorway of the Tom Sachs x NikeCraft General Purpose Shoe will release on Nikecraft.com on Sept. 1 and on SNKRS on Sept. 2.
