Two impressive middleweights take to the octagon on Saturday night when Andre Muniz takes on Bartosz Fabinski as part of UFC on ESPN 9 live from Las Vegas.

Muniz is 19-4 with 15 career stoppages. Winning his way into the promotion with two wins at Dana White’s Contender Series, he opened his UFC career with a unanimous decision over Antonio Arroyo. “Sergipano” has won 13 of his last 14 fights and is 30-years-old. Though he landed less strikes in his only full UFC bout so far, he had three takedowns and two submission attempts.

“The Butcher” Fabinski is 15-3, and 3-1 in the UFC so far. He’s from Warsaw, Poland and has won eight of his last nine fights. His most recent fight came in the Cage Warriors promotion because both he and opponent Darren Stewart are based in Europe, a unanimous decision win. In a UFC octagon he’s averaged a whopping 7.17 takedowns per 15 minutes of fight time, including 10 alone against Garreth McLellan in his first UFC bout in 2015.
