UFC is back for its latest PPV, this time back in the United States. A month removed from Fight Island in Abu Dhabi, UFC 252 will take place on August 15th at the company’s APEX facility in Las Vegas. The card features a massive heavyweight title main event, and opens at 7 p.m. with the early preliminary card. The PPV will air on ESPN+.
The second fight on the early preliminary card is a heavyweight bout between Chris Daukaus and Parker Porter. It marks the UFC debut for both fighters. Porter is a slight favorite at -124, while Daukaus is even money.
Daukaus is 8-3 in his MMA career, with seven wins combing by KO or TKO. The 30-year old last fought in August 2019, winning by first round TKO over Danny Holmes at CFFC 77. Porter is 9-5 in his MMA career, with four wins by KO or TKO and four by submission. His last fight was September 2019 when he beat Dirlei Broenstrup by third round TKO at CES 58.
