Youmans takes another crack at the top-25 and offers up a new No. 1. Michigan State held that crown preseason, and it stays in the Big Ten in the midseason primer with Purdue sitting atop the rankings.
The guys examine five teams that’ve been the biggest surprises in college hoops, starting with South Carolina. The Gamecocks won all of 11 games last season, which they accomplished this year before Christmas. Let’s see how they hold up in the mighty SEC.
