NFL Betting Trends: Betting Stats for Every Week 12 NFL Game on DraftKings Sportsbook

Zach Thompson provides top betting trends and stats to help you place Week 12 NFL bets on DraftKings Sportsbook.

NFL: Minnesota Vikings at Denver Broncos Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

It’s Thanksgiving week in the NFL, which brings one of the most unique schedules of the season. No teams are on bye weeks, so there are 16 games spread throughout the end of the week. Four teams are returning to action after having last week off — the Indianapolis Colts, New England Patriots Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints.

Thursday there are three games on the schedule including the traditional matchups in Detroit and Dallas. Thanksgiving night features a fun NFC West matchup in Seattle between the 49ers and the Seahawks. Black Friday even gets an afternoon matchup this year with a game between the Miami Dolphins and the New York Jets starting at 3:00 p.m. ET. Sunday has 11 games scheduled with six in the early wave, four starting around 4:00 p.m. ET and a Sunday Night Football matchup between the Ravens and the Chargers. The week finishes out with a Monday Night Football matchup from the NFC North between the Chicago Bears and the Minnesota Vikings.

Each week to help you find the stats and trends that matter, I’ll be posting the relevant info for every matchup from DraftKings Sportsbook. You can use these numbers to fill out your Week 12 betting card or to build an awesome parlay.

Betting Trends

The Lions stormed back to beat the Bears last week but did not cover while the Packers won SU/ATS as home underdogs to the Chargers. The Lions have gone 11-2 ATS in their last 13 games against the Packers and 5-0 ATS in their last five home games against the Packers. They are also an impressive 16-4 ATS in their last 20 games overall and 8-2 ATS in their last 10 home games. The Packers, on the other hand, have gone just 2-5 SU/ATS in their last seven games. The under is 5-1 in the Packers’ last six games, but the over is 5-2 in the Lions last seven games.

Washington Commanders at Dallas Cowboys

Betting Trends

These NFC East foes will meet again in the final week of the season, but the Cowboys come into this matchup on a roll after beating the Panthers SU/ATS last week to improve to 4-1 SU/ATS in their last five games. They are also 12-3 SU in their last 15 divisional games and 5-0 ATS in their last five home games. The Commanders, on the other hand, are coming off a SU/ATS loss to the Giants and are just 1-4 SU in their last five games. In the last 12 matchups between these two teams, the Cowboys are 8-4 ATS, and they are 10-4 SU in their last 14 meetings in Dallas. The over is 7-1 in their last eight head-to-head meetings in Dallas and is 10-5 in their last 15 matchups overall. The over is also 6-3 in the Cowboys’ last nine games and 3-1 in the Commanders’ last four.

San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks

Betting Trends

The NFC West is still up for grabs and these two teams meet two times in the next three weeks. The 49ers have looked strong going 2-0 SU/ATS since returning from their bye week while Seattle lost a one-point game to the Rams last week. The 49ers are 16-4 SU in their last 20 games and 10-1 ATS in their last 11 divisional games but only 5-15 SU in their last 20 games against Seattle, including 2-10 ATS in their last 12 games on the road in Seattle. The Seahawks are 6-3 SU in their last nine games and 6-1 SU in their last seven home games. The under is 5-2 in Seattle’s last seven games and 7-2 in its last nine Thursday games.

Miami Dolphins at New York Jets

Relevant Records

Betting Trends

The Dolphins returned from their bye with a win over the Raiders but did not cover, falling to 1-3 ATS in their last four games. Even with their recent slip-ups, they’re 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games and 7-3 SU in their last 10 games. They are also 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games against the Jets and 5-1 SU in their last six meetings. The Jets lost SU/ATS to the Bills and will make a change at quarterback for this matchup. They have gone 3-17 SU in their last 20 divisional games and 4-12 SU in their last 16 games overall due mostly to their struggles on offense. Another result of their offensive woes is that the under is 5-0 in their last five games, 6-1 in their last seven home games and 5-2 in their last seven against the Dolphins.

They are 4-1-1 ATS in their last six games, 9-1 SU in their last 10 games and 10-2 SU in their last 12 games against the AFC. The Bills bounced back from two losses to win SU/ATS against the Jets last week, but they are just 1-6 ATS in their last seven games and 1-4 SU in their last five games against the Eagles. They have gone 14-6 SU in their last 20 games overall and 5-0 SU in their last five games against the NFC. The under is 6-1 in the Bills’ last seven games and 4-2 in the Eagles’ last six games.

The Bears got Justin Fields back at quarterback last week but they still lost to the Lions, although they did manage to cover the spread. The Bears are 5-13-1 ATS in their last 19 games and 3-17 SU in their last 20. They are 0-5 SU/1-4 ATS in their last five games against the Vikings and 1-9 SU in their last 10 games on the road. The Bears are an ugly 0-12 SU in their last 12 divisional games but have gone 11-3 ATS in their last 14 Monday road games. The Vikings are 6-0 ATS in their last six games and 7-2 SU in their last nine divisional games. They have also had great success as favorites, going 18-2 SU in their last 20 games as the favorite.
