After Sunday’s six Madden 21 sims on the DraftKings Dream Stream, there will be just one matchup left in Week 5 of the Madden simulated season. The three games on the second half of Sunday’s schedule make up the featured classic contest, which gets underway at 6:00 p.m. ET with a divisional clash between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants. In primetime in another divisional game, the San Francisco 49ers visit the Arizona Cardinals, and we close out the slate with a great matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills in a rematch of last year’s AFC Championship.
You can keep up with the standings as the season continues and check out the depth charts for each team. If you’re looking for gameplay details for these sims along with the upcoming schedule, head over to the Madden Streams Information Page.
Quarterback
Stud
Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills, $8,000 — Mahomes and the Chiefs are always a good option, and he has been virtually matchup-proof in Madden 21. He had 25.48 DKFP on 307 passing yards and three touchdowns when he faced the Bills earlier in these sims and has averaged 286.8 passing yards per game while piling up 223 passing scores in 93 sims (2.4 per game). Mahomes has lived up to his 99 overall rating and is an extremely reliable option in addition to always bringing a very high ceiling.
Other Option — Kyler Murray ($7,100)
Value
Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys vs. New York Giants, $6,800 — The Cowboys and Giants have met three times in these Madden 21 sims, and Prescott has produced 21.12, 14.36 and 25.0 DKFP. He has helped the Cowboys move to first place in the virtual NFC East with over 23 DKFP in two of their three most recent sims. He has a good matchup against the Giants’ struggling defense and can save you significant salary cap space compared to Mahomes and Murray.
Other Option — Daniel Jones ($6,000)

Running Back
Stud
Raheem Mostert, San Francisco 49ers at Arizona Cardinals, $7,800 — Mostert stayed hot against the Seahawks in his most recent sim, even though the 49ers took their first loss of the season. He has been making a strong case for MVP with over 26 DKFP in each of his four games this season and an average of 36.5 DKFP over that span. He has posted over 17 DKFP in 10 of his past 11 sims dating back to before the season began, and he has had good numbers against the Cardinals, going off for 39.2, 28.9, 15.0 and 24.4 DKFP in their four prior meetings.
Other Options — Saquon Barkley ($7,400), Ezekiel Elliott ($7,100)
Value
Devin Singletary, Buffalo Bills at Kansas City Chiefs, $5,900 — This is a tricky slate to maneuver due to the Chiefs’ studs all costing so much and getting no salary relief from RB timeshares. Singletary can help a little as the only RB under $6K expected to get any work. He has been successful as the Bills’ RB1 and third-down back, although the inconsistent play of Josh Allen ($6,900) has led to some ups and downs. In his past three games, Singletary has scored four touchdowns, and he posted 17.0 DKFP against the Texans in his most recent sim, giving him double-digit DKFP in four straight to start the season.
Other Options — Kenyan Drake ($6,700)
Wide Receiver
Stud
Tyreek Hill, Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills, $8,100 — Hill has been the best WR in Madden 21 by a wide margin, averaging 6.3 catches for 95.4 yards per sim with a total of 86 touchdowns in 93 games. He has exactly one touchdown in each of the Chiefs’ four games this season and has posted over 19 DKFP in six of his past seven. When he faced the Bills, X-factor Superstar CB Tre’Davious White stayed on the outside and Hill posted 11 catches, 233 yards, two touchdowns and 49.3 DKFP. White rarely moves to the slot, so Hill should stay in that same favorable matchup in this rematch.
Other Options — Amari Cooper ($6,600), Sterling Shepard ($5,400)
Value
Darius Slayton, New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys, $4,200 — With no salary relief at RB, you may need to go very cheap with a WR play or two, and Slayton brings nice upside at this price point. He had three touchdowns and 38.7 DKFP against the Cowboys in their most recent meeting but also had success with 14.5 and 6.9 DKFP in their two earlier meetings. He has multiple catches in 17 straight sims and should stay busy as the Giants’ WR3.
Kendrick Bourne, San Francisco 49ers at Arizona Cardinals, $4,100 — Bourne is averaging just over 10 DKFP per sim as the 49ers’ WR2 and showed his ceiling with 26.6 DKFP against the Eagles back in Week 2. He has been solid in his earlier contests with the Cardinals, producing 10.4, 10.0, 8.0 and 7.2 DKFP in four earlier meetings.
Other Options — Deebo Samuel ($4,700), Demarcus Robinson ($3,900), John Brown ($3,700)

Tight End
Stud
Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills, $5,800 — Kelce has been the most one of the most consistent PPR producers in Madden 21, averaging 5.7 catches for 67.1 yards per sim. The Bills have struggled to defend TEs throughout Madden 21, and Kelce beat them for 14.7 DKFP in their earlier meeting. He has double-digit DKFP in eight straight with at least five catches or more in all four games this sim season.
Other Option — Evan Engram ($4,900)
Value
Lee Smith, Buffalo Bills at Kansas City Chiefs, $3,200 — Smith is the Bills’ TE1 and is priced barely over the minimum, making him a good way to cram in more top-tier plays if you use him as your FLEX option. Smith had seven catches and 12.4 DKFP in his earlier matchup with the Chiefs and is averaging 3.4 catches for 34.4 yards per sim since becoming the TE1.
Other Option — Blake Jarwin ($4,500)
DST
Stud/Value
49ers DST at Arizona Cardinals, $2,600 — The Niners are a great way to go for DST against Murray and the Cardinals and are surprisingly the second-cheapest DST despite averaging the second-most DKFP. It’s actually a sneaky-good matchup since Kyler has had turnover issues, and the 49ers have been able to produce 178 sacks and 38 takeaways in 82 sims. They had 5.0 DKFP or more in four straight before their most recent sim, which was a loss to the Seahawks. Against the Cardinals, they have posted 13.0, 7.0, 4.0 and 11.0 DKFP.
Other Option — Cowboys ($2,900)
