Madden Stream Picks: Top DraftKings Fantasy Football DFS Targets, Values for June 30

Zach Thompson gives his top studs and value plays at each position for Wednesday’s three-game Madden Stream DraftKings slate, which starts at 6:00 p.m. ET.

Get ready for more wild weather Wednesday on the DraftKings Dream Stream, as we continue Week 15 of the Madden simulated season. Four of Wednesday’s six games are being played outdoors in the elements, including two of the three games on the main slate. At 6:00 p.m. ET, the featured slate begins with a snow game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Denver Broncos. At 8:00 p.m. ET, the primetime matchup features the Atlanta Falcons heading to the West Coast to face the San Francisco 49ers in the wind, and we close out the night with a weather-free indoor matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams at 10:00 p.m. ET on Madden After Dark.

As you build your lineups, be sure to consider the depth charts for each team. If you’re looking for gameplay details for these sims, along with the upcoming schedule, head over to the Madden Streams Information Page.

Quarterback

Stud

Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks at Los Angeles Rams, $7,600 — Facing the Rams’ defense and 99 overall player Aaron Donald is no easy task, but Wilson remains the top play on the board especially with Matt Ryan ($7,300) playing against a very good defense with wind in the forecast. Wilson has averaged 21.6 DKFP per sim on 59.6 rushing yards and 190.3 passing yards per sim. He has not run for a score in five games but has totaled 45 rushing touchdowns and 130 passing scores in his 97 Madden 21 contests. He has faced the Rams three times, producing 18.2, 28.22 and 20.68 DKFP. Since he has multiple ways to produce, he rarely busts and also brings plenty of potential upside.

Other Options — Joe Burrow ($6,700)

Value

Jimmy Garoppolo, San Francisco 49ers vs. Atlanta Falcons, $6,000 — Especially compared to Wilson, the other QBs on this slate are high-risk. Jimmy G is the best of the bunch, though, since he does offer upside and has excelled in this specific matchup. In his most recent meeting with the Falcons, he threw for 348 yards, two touchdowns and 24.92 DKFP after posting 23.4, 11.8, 6.88 and 10.64 DKFP in their four previous meetings. While there is a risk of a bust, he has posted over 17 DKFP with multiple touchdowns in two of his past three games.

Other Option — Jared Goff ($6,300)

Running Back

Stud

Raheem Mostert, San Francisco 49ers vs. Atlanta Falcons, $8,200 — One of the main reasons for Jimmy G’s volatility is that the offense is designed to revolve around Mostert, who has averaged 21.7 DKFP on 82.5 rushing yards and 29.5 receiving yards per sim while scoring 84 touchdowns in 91 contests. He had a few down games against Atlanta early in these sims but posted over 20 DKFP in each of his two most recent matchups against the Falcons. Mostert had his streak of games with 20-plus DKFP snapped at three against the Bengals in his most recent sim, but he should be in a good spot to carry the load as the 49ers’ workhorse in the wind.

Other Option — Todd Gurley II ($6,800)

Value

Carlos Hyde, Seattle Seahawks at Los Angeles Rams, $3,700 — Hyde is incredibly cheap for an RB that is regularly involved. He has multiple catches in four straight sims and always brings the potential for a touchdown with 25 scores in his 91 sims. If he gets into the end zone, he’ll be a great value play, but even if not, he is still able to reach value quickly if he gets a few catches or a long run. He had 3.2 and 10.8 DKFP in his two meetings with the Rams in his current role as the team’s power back.

Other Options — Giovani Bernard ($5,100), Phillip Lindsay ($4,500)

Wide Receiver

Stud

John Ross III, Cincinnati Bengals at Denver Broncos, $6,000 — With Julio Jones ($7,300) going up against X-factor Superstar CB Richard Sherman and playing in the wind, I think Ross actually makes more sense given his tasty matchup with the Broncos’ porous secondary. Ross comes loaded with big-play potential due to his 96 speed rating and had 13.1 DKFP in his most recent meeting with Denver. He produced over 14 DKFP in five of his past seven games and bring a high ceiling despite remaining boom-or-bust depending on how much work comes his way.

Other Options — Julio Jones ($7,300), Robert Woods ($5,800)

Value

Kendrick Bourne, San Francisco 49ers vs. Atlanta Falcons, $4,900 — Like in real life, Bourne has proven to be a big red-zone target for the 49ers. He has scored four touchdowns in his past five games and had a touchdown in each of his two most recent matchups with the Falcons as well. He has double-digit DKFP in three straight sims and four of his past five, making him a solid mid-range target.

Jerry Jeudy, Denver Broncos vs. Cincinnati Bengals, $4,200 — Jeudy has played well behind volatile WR1 Courtland Sutton ($5,100) and has been the more productive WR play lately. Jeudy has over 9.0 DKFP in four straight, dating back to a 23.2-DKFP performance against the Cowboys. He also produced multiple catches in each of his three earlier matchups with the Bengals.

Other Options — Josh Reynolds ($4,800), Tyler Boyd ($4,400), Russell Gage ($3,700)

Tight End

Stud

George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers vs. Atlanta Falcons, $5,600 — Kittle is the highest-rated TE in the Week 1 ratings used for these sims, but he has had some ups and downs due to sketchy QB play. Kittle has thrived against the Falcons, though, with 17.6, 29.8, 21.8 and 20.7 DKFP in their past matchups. He has double-digit DKFP in 12 of his past 14 and makes a reliable option with upside if you can pay up for him in this matchup.

Other Option — Tyler Higbee ($4,900)

Value

C.J. Uzomah, Cincinnati Bengals at Denver Broncos, $4,000 — Uzomah has averaged 4.1 catches for 42.0 yards per sim and has at least three catches in five straight sims. He also had 22.2 DKFP in his most recent game against the Broncos, who have been a great matchup to attack in Madden 21.

Other Options — Hayden Hurst ($4,300)

DST

Stud

Seahawks DST at Los Angeles Rams, $3,200 — The Seahawks’ DST has been the highest producing in all of Madden 21 with 7.3 DKFP per sim on 103 takeaways and 199 sacks in 97 sims. Against the Rams earlier this sim season, Seattle had 12 DKFP and also had at least 9.0 DKFP in each of its earlier matchups with L.A.

Value

Bengals DST at Denver Broncos, $2,600 — The Bengals get a great matchup against the struggling Denver offense and bring upside due to a strong pass rush that has produced 179 sacks in 91 sims and multiple sacks in five of their past six sims.
