NBA Basketball Betting Trends: Team Records Against the Spread and Totals for February 24 on DraftKings Sportsbook

The NBA is the Wild West right now given COVID-19 and the league’s health protocols, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t edges to be had. Generally, I’m giving out plays in a best bets article, and while I’ll still be doing so, I think it’s also helpful to share some numbers that help you conduct your own research and make your own plays. Here are some DraftKings Sportsbook betting trends and against the spread (ATS) information that you should find helpful for Wednesday’s NBA betting card.

  • The Warriors are 6-9 straight up and ATS on the road.

  • The Warriors are 1-4 to the over in their last five on the road.
  • The Warriors are 3-11-1 1H ATS on the road.
  • The Pacers are 7-9 straight up and 6-10 ATS at home.
  • The Pacers are 9-77 to the over at home.
  • The Pacers are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 at home.
  • The Pacers are 11-18 1H ATS and 6-10 1H ATS at home.

Toronto Raptors (16-16, 15-17 ATS) at Miami Heat (14-17, 12-18-1 ATS)

  • The Raptors are 9-9 straight up and 10-8 ATS on the road.
  • The Raptors are 12-6 to the over on the road.
  • The Raptors are 5-1 ATS in their last six on the road.
  • The Raptors are 12-5-1 1Q ATS on the road and 7-3 1Q ATS in their last 10 overall.
  • The Heat are 7-7 straight up and 4-9-1 ATS at home.
  • The Heat are 5-9 to the over at home.
  • The Heat have won seven of their last 10 games, but are on a 1-6 ATS skid at home.
  • The Heat are 4-8-2 1Q ATS at home, but on a 7-1-2 1Q ATS run overall.

Houston Rockets (11-18, 11-18 ATS) at Cleveland Cavaliers (11-21, 11-21 ATS)

  • The Rockets are 6-11 straight up and 8-9 ATS on the road.
  • The Rockets are 10-7 to the over on the road.
  • The Rockets are on an eight-game losing streak, going 1-7 ATS.
  • The Rockets are 2-8 1Q ATS over their last 10.
  • The Cavs are 8-9 straight up and 8-9 ATS at home.
  • The Cavs are 6-10-1 to the over at home.
  • The Cavs snapped a 10-game losing streak on Tuesday against the Hawks, and are on a 1-13 ATS skid.
  • The Cavs are 11-6 1Q ATS at home.

Boston Celtics (15-16, 15-16 ATS) at Atlanta Hawks (13-18, 15-16 ATS)

  • The Celtics are 7-11 straight up and 6-12 ATS on the road.
  • The Celtics are 9-9 to the over on the road.
  • The Celtics are 2-5 ATS in their last seven.
  • The Celtics are 0-5 ATS in their last five road games.
  • The Hawks are 7-9 straight up and ATS at home.
  • The Hawks are 8-8 to the over at home.
  • The Hawks have won just three of their last 12 games, and are on a 2-5 ATS skid.
  • The Hawks are 8-1 to the over in their last nine games, including two overs in Boston last week.

San Antonio Spurs (16-11, 16-11 ATS) at Oklahoma City Thunder (12-19, 16-14-1 ATS)

  • The Spurs are 9-3 straight up and ATS on the road.
  • The Spurs are 7-5 to the over on the road.
  • The Spurs have not played in 10 days and will be without at least five players due to COVID-19 protocols.
  • The Spurs are an NBA-worst 8-19 1Q ATS.
  • The Thunder are 4-10 straight up and 4-9-1 ATS at home.
  • The Thunder are 7-7 to the over at home.
  • The Thunder are 2-7 straight up over their last nine games, but 5-4 ATS.
  • The Thunder are 5-8-1 1Q ATS at home, but 8-1-1 1Q ATS over the past 10 overall.

Minnesota Timberwolves (7-25, 14-17-1 ATS) at Chicago Bulls (13-16, 16-12-1 ATS)

  • The Wolves are 3-14 straight up and 7-9-1 ATS on the road.
  • The Wolves are 8-9 to the over on the road.
  • The Wolves are 0-5 straight up and ATS in their last five.
  • The Wolves are 4-12-1 1H ATS on the road.
  • The Bulls are 6-9 straight up a 6-8-1 ATS at home.
  • The Bulls are 8-7 to the over at home.
  • The Bulls are 5-2 straight up in their last seven.
  • The Bulls are 4-10-1 1H ATS at home.

Detroit Pistons (9-22, 15-13-3 ATS) at New Orleans Pelicans (13-17, 13-17 ATS)

  • The Pistons are 3-14 straight up and 6-8-3 ATS on the road.
  • The Pistons are 9-8 to the over on the road.
  • The Pistons have gone under in six of the last seven.
  • The Pistons have gone under in each of their last five road games.
  • The Pelicans are 8-7 straight up and 7-8 ATS at home.
  • The Pelicans are 12-2-1 to the over at home.
  • The Pelicans have gone over in eight straight games.
  • The Pelicans are 2-5 straight up and ATS in their last seven.

Charlotte Hornets (14-16, 16-13-1 ATS) at Phoenix Suns (20-10, 20-10 ATS)

  • The Hornets are 5-8 straight up and 7-6 ATS on the road.
  • The Hornets are 9-4 to the over on the road.
  • The Hornets are 11-12 straight up as an underdog.
  • The Hornets are 18-11-1 1Q ATS and 8-2 1Q ATS over the past 10.
  • The Suns are 11-5 straight up and ATS at home.
  • The Suns are 9-7 to the over at home.
  • Phoenix is on an 9-1 straight up and ATS run in its past 10.
  • The Suns are the best 1Q ATS team in the NBA at 21-9. Phoenix is 13-3 1Q ATS at home.

Los Angeles Lakers (22-10, 14-18 ATS) at Utah Jazz (25-6, 23-7-1 ATS)

  • The Lakers are 13-3 straight up and 9-7 ATS on the road.
  • The Lakers are 3-13 to the over on the road.
  • The Lakers have lost three in a row, and are on a 2-7 ATS skid.
  • The Lakers were last underdogs of eight of more points with LeBron James in the lineup on Dec. 25, 2018 vs. the Warriors.
  • The Jazz are 14-2 straight up and 13-2-1 ATS at home.
  • The Jazz are 8-8 to the over at home.
  • The Jazz are 0-5 ATS in their last five home games vs. the Lakers.
  • The Jazz are 9-1 ATS in their last 10.
