The regular season of both the LPL and the LCK move on with a few more weekend games. Five are scheduled for Saturday, which make up DraftKings’ League of Legends slate. We’ve got picks to consider for the five-game slate.

Captain

JackeyLove ($12,000)

Despite Top Esports having to face a tricky opponent in Team WE, I’d still take JackeyLove as Captain because of his stunning effectiveness through the year. He isn’t as efficient as others in the LPL, but his overall production has been quite high. In summer, he has 4.78 kills and 6.28 assists with three deaths per map, not highly efficient but definitely effective.

Other to consider: Knight ($12,000)

Top

Doran ($6,000)

Doran is one of the most valuable players, from a price and fantasy return perspective. He has enjoyed quite a solid split, with 2.77 kills and 2.94 deaths per map. He even chips in with 4.8 assists per game, ensuring his value is more than the $6,000. He has even played all 35 games for DragonX in this season.

Other to consider: Nuguri ($7,000)

Jungler

Wei ($6,800)

It’s going to be a problem when your jungler has the highest kill output in a long summer split. That has been eStar’s issue after the departure of mid laner Cryin to Royal Never Give Up during the offseason. Credit to Wei for stepping up though. He has racked up 3.26 kills per game along with 5.53 assists.

Other to consider: Karsa ($6,600)

Mid

Knight ($8,000)

This won’t be an easy choice between Knight and ShowMaker ($7,800), who has also had a solid season in the LCK. However, Knight wins out slightly on account of his stellar kill rate. He leads the LPL in summer with an average of 5.76 kills. With a low death rate of 1.65 and 6.71 assists per game, he has carried his KDA to an impressive 7.57.

Other to consider: ShowMaker ($7,800)

ADC

Ghost ($7,800)

Ghost isn’t like most other bot laners. He doesn’t have an extremely high kill rate but he also doesn’t need to depend on his support to assist him in the bottom lane. He has been rather steady right through summer, with 3 kills and a KDA of 6.37. He isn’t even that expensive, considering he averages 76 DKFP per game.

Other to consider: Hope ($8,200)

Support

ShiauC ($5,200)

ShiauC is a good combination of inexpensive price and solid fantasy returns. Here is a compelling stat. His team, eStar, has won just 13 of 38 games so far. Despite that, he has registered 7.79 assists per game over a sustained period of 38 maps. eStar will be looking to end the regular season on a high, which could see his assist rate climb to 8.

Team

Dominus Esports ($4,600)

Dominus Esports is the worst team in the LPL in summer, with 1 win in 15 series. Naturally, the team is placed at the bottom of the standings. However, LNG Esports isn’t too much higher, having won just 4 of 15 series. This is quite tight, but Dominus’ price is quite tempting.
