Russell Westbrook, HOU vs. SA ($9,300) — After sitting out the last two games, Westbrook is returning to the Rockets and James Harden is getting a night off. Generally, we have seen the Rockets play guys normal minutes when active, so Russ is in a spot to carry a massive usage rating as the only available star in the backcourt. When Harden is off the court, Westbrook has a 42.7% usage rating and scores 61.89 DKFP per minute.

Cory Joseph, SAC vs. NO ($3,700) — Wth De’Aaron Fox out for the Kings, Joseph is slated to move back into the starting lineup and take over point guard duties. He takes on the role in a favorable matchup since the Pelicans allow the sixth most DKFP to point guards. When the Kings played the Pelicans last week, Joseph scored 25.25 DKFP despite only playing 27 minutes as the backup point guard. He figures to play well over 30 minutes Tuesday.

Devin Booker, PHO vs. PHI ($8,800) — Here is the benefit of rostering Booker. There are very few stars on Tuesday’s slate that we know will play normal minutes. With the Suns fighting for a playoff spot and incredibly starting 6-0 in the bubble, Booker is going to play as many minutes as needed to get the Suns another win. This gives him more security than most expensive plays. It also helps that he’s playing well. Phoenix isn’t undefeated in the bubble for no reason. Booker is averaging 45.63 DKFP over this six-game stretch.

Alec Burks, PHI vs. PHO ($4,300) — The Sixers are dealing with all kinds of injury situations. Unlike most teams that are resting, Philly has some legitimate injuries. Joel Embiid has an ankle injury and Ben Simmons is out for the season after undergoing knee surgery. This has allowed Burks to play an increased role in recent games. In the last couple of games, Burks is averaging 30.13 DKFP and his usage rating is 27.2%.

Luka Doncic, DAL vs. POR ($10,800) — After resting Monday, I am assuming that Doncic will be available to play Tuesday. While playing time is a concern for the superstar, I don’t think he needs to play full minutes to have a decent fantasy game. There are so many strong value plays on the slate that we don’t need the normal amount of fantasy output for Luka to be valuable for his salary. Plus, he’s is playing terrific in Orlando. Doncic is averaging 68.9 DKFP in the bubble with three triple-doubles.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot, BKN vs. ORL ($3,600) — At least for now, the Nets are expected to hold Caris LeVert, Joe Harris and Jarrett Allen out of Tuesday’s game. Despite the injury report, we need to check back since this was the case against the Clippers and then they all ended up playing. Assuming all three of these guys sit, TLC stands to gain the most. He started in a similar situation against the Bucks and scored 33.75 DKFP with 26 actual points.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, MIL vs. WAS ($10,500) — On the injury report, Giannis is listed as probable, so I think he should play after sitting Monday due to a dental issue. I also think there is a good chance that he plays without Khris Middleton and Eric Bledsoe. This is the tail end of a back-to-back and both of those guys played yesterday. When Middleton and Bledsoe are off the court, Giannis has a 40.8% usage rating and scores 2.05 DKFP per minute. At this rate of production, he only needs 25 minutes to score over 50 DKFP and his matchup against the Wizards is as favorable as possible.

Nemanja Bjelica, SAC vs. NO ($4,300) — Not only is Fox out for the Kings, Richaun Holmes is also out due to a hip injury. With these guys out of the lineup, there is more usage and playing time available for Bjelica. The absence of Holmes also ensures that he is going to stick in the starting lineup. As a starter, Bjelica averages 27.2 DKFP this season.

Deandre Ayton, PHO vs. PHI ($7,900) — Just like Booker, I like Ayton for the playing time security. Or at least the expected playing time security. Monday, Ayton was involved in one of the oddest situations we have seen during the bubble. After forgetting to take his COVID test on Sunday, Ayton wasn’t able to play until he got the results of his Monday test. The timing meant that he wasn’t cleared to play until the second quarter. This shouldn’t be an issue Tuesday. I like him to take advantage of the Sixers’ frontcourt without Embiid.

Robin Lopez, MIL at WAS ($3,000) — Since Brook Lopez played Monday, it stands to reason that he will rest Tuesday. If this is the case, Robin Lopez would take over as the starting center. In five starts this season, Robin is averaging 20.45 DKFP, so at min price, he’s a good play if starting against the Wizards.
