Captain

Jiumeng ($11,700)

Jiumeng has comfortably led the production for Team WE this split. He has averaged 4.22 kills along with 6.19 assists. That’s why he is the most expensive player on this slate. Team WE has enjoyed a significantly better summer season compared to spring. A lot of that comes down to Jiumeng’s proficiency in the bottom lane with the dragons positioned so close.

Others to consider: Teacherma ($11,400)

Top

Biubiu ($6,200)

A K/D of about 1 for a top laner is good. Anything below that absolutely requires a high kill rate to return a decent fantasy score. But a K/D of well above 1 can really differentiate your roster. That’s Biubiu on this slate. He has 2.52 kills and 1.52 deaths per game. That difference makes him one of the most valuable players on this slate, irrespective of position.

Others to consider: TheShy ($6,000)

Jungler

Weiwei ($6,600)

To be honest, Victory Five has been very surprising this split. In spring, the team didn’t even win one series. Now, V5 is challenging the best in the LPL. Most of the team’s players will have strong fantasy value because of the price-return relationship. Weiwei is no different. He has a kill participation of close to 10 this split.

Others to consider: Beishang ($7,000)

Mid

Teacherma ($7,600)

Teacherma is the most expensive mid laner on this slate and his price isn’t even all that high. Hence, he makes for a natural, easy choice. He has 2.89 kills and 7.15 assists per game, indicative of his strong offensive metrics. Also, he has an advantageous matchup to capitalize on against LGD Gaming.

Others to consider: Rookie ($7,000)

ADC

SamD ($7,400)

SamD has shown his stunning proficiency in the bottom lane this split. His engagement game has been on point. He has 4.12 kills per game, highest on Victory Five. He even has been killed just 1.56 times per map. Earlier on in the split he didn’t have a large enough sample size to make his selection compelling. That has changed now.

Others to consider: Puff ($7,000)

Support

Mark ($5,400)

Mark has two factors going for him here. First, he isn’t too expensive at $5,400. It’s a little more than I would be happy to spend on for a support player but there aren’t too many choices. The second factor is he can provide a hedge against Team WE’s expected win. He has also managed 7.68 assists per game in this split.

Team

Team WE ($5,200)

Of the two games on Monday, I’m more confident about Team WE than Victory Five or Invictus Gaming. A price of $5,200 isn’t too bad, either. It all comes nicely together, especially considering Team WE has won 17 of 27 maps in this summer season.
