We finished 3-1 on article plays on Super Tuesday, and will look to bring some of that momentum into a solid college hoops card on Wednesday. Here’s what jumps out to me on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Rhode Island +11 (-114) vs. Wisconsin

This one opened up at 9.5 and has been moving against the Rams, who now aren’t getting enough love. Louisville backed out of a matchup with Wisconsin this week, so this game was slapped together on Monday. The last time URI was in this situation, it took Arizona State down to the wire, and arguably would’ve won if Fatts Russell didn’t foul out. As good as Wisconsin’s defense is, the Rams can consistently put up around 80 points. Given how the Badgers play, laying this many points in a game with a total under 140 is quite a bit. Rhody has a pair of outright wins as underdogs this season, including last week versus Seton Hall. They’ll keep this one in single digits.

Maryland +2 (-109) at Clemson

I think the Terrapins are the better team here. Explore the plus-money to win outright, but I’ll take a couple points just in case. Both of these teams are off to very good starts — Maryland is 4-0 straight up and 3-1 against the spread, and Clemson is 3-0 SU and ATS. While the Terps lost a lot from the top-10 squad they had last season, they aren’t getting enough credit for how balanced this year’s team is. Through the four wins thus far, six players are averaging at least 9.3 points per game. All six of them are shooting 47% from the field or better, and five of them are at least 42% from downtown. Too much versatility from Maryland gets this one done.

TCU Moneyline (-114) vs. Providence

I’ve been fading Providence early and often, and won’t be stopping now. The Friars are 3-2 with a couple of wins over no-name schools, and the win over Davidson was only due to an early 19-point lead. Davidson killed itself in that game, and dominated the final 30 minutes to lose by one, and should’ve won outright. PC is just 1-4 ATS, covering against Fairfield. TCU hasn’t been anything special, going 1-3-1 ATS out of the gates. However, the Horned Frogs are 4-1 straight up, pushing in a four-point loss to a good Oklahoma team. TCU feels like the better team here, and matches up well with Providence. The size is there to slow down the Friars’ big man, and TCU has the superior guard play.
